Rishon Tours case: Court rejects Raz-Risbi's motion to dismiss
The Jerusalem District Court rejected a motion to dismiss filed by Rachel Raz-Risbi, former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's foreign relations coordinator, who was charged in connection to the Rishon Tours double billing case.
The court ruled that her claim of "selective enforcement," in terms of charges brought against other people allegedly involved in the case, had no merit. (Ynet)
