NYC consultant accused of violating Iran embargo
Federal prosecutors in New York are accusing a management consultant of violating the Iran Trade Embargo by setting up a system for Iranians to move money internationally.
US Attorney Preet Bharara says Mahmoud Reza Banki ignored the dangers of breaking laws designed to protect the United States. Banki was arrested Thursday. He's accused of operating an unlicensed money transfer business for the last four years. (AP)
