Aharonovitch says lessons to be learned from murder in Bnei Ayish
Interior Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said during a visit to the town of Bnei Ayish that the Israeli public will not come to terms with inadequate responses and lack of action.
"All the relevant ministries must be put in contact in order to take speedy action. Lessons must be learned from the incident in Bnei Ayish," said the minister in reference to the murder of 7-year-old Leon Kalantarov in the town. He added, "The parental, educational, welfare, and police frameworks must also be integrated in order to learn lessons and renew thinking." (Tova Dadon)
