Erekat rejects Clinton call to resume peace talks

Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat has rejected US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's call to resume talks with Israel with no preconditions.

"Peace talks will resume only after a complete halt to settlement construction," Erekat said in Ramallah. (AFP)
