Assad meets Mashaal in Damascus
Syrian President Bashar Assad met with Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal in Damascus as well as other Hamas senior officials.
The official Syrian news agency reported that the two discussed the Israeli blockade on the Gaza Strip and the reconciliation efforts between the Palestinian factions. (Ynet)
