Former President Katsav arrives in court to testify for first time
Former President Moshe Katsav arrived at Tel Aviv District Court to give for the first time his version of the grave allegations with which he has been charged. Katsav was accompanied by his brother, Lior, and a number of other family members.
His testimony will be given behind closed doors. Katsav is charged with two counts of rape and a forceful lewd act against A. in the Tourism Ministry, with sexually harassing H. in the president's office, and of committing a lewd act, sexual harassment, and harassing a witness in the case of L. from the president's office.
