IDF rep in Knesset: We must ensure joint travel on Route 443
An IDF representative said during a discussion in the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Subcommittee said that the IDF's mission on Route 443 is "to find a way to ensure joint Israeli-Palestinian travel."
During the discussion, the representative emphasized that "the name of the game is the level of checks." He added, "We have yet to sit (and discuss) and the implications. This is a court ruling that must be studied." (Amnon Meranda)
