Minister Landau: Mitchell's threat result of settlement freeze
Minister of National Infrastructure Uzi Landau (Yisrael Beitenu) said the "human rights that have been blatantly violated will be restored" once the settlement construction moratorium is over.
During a visit to a Yesha Council protest tent outside the Prime Minister's Residence in Jerusalem, Landau said the construction moratorium led to US Mideast envoy George Mitchell's threat to freeze loan guarantees if Israel fails to advance peace process. (Efrat Weiss)
