IDF: Gaza attack targeted squad planning to fire at Israel
Sources in the Israel Defense Forces stated that a Gaza Strip attack targeted a squad which was preparing to fire at Israeli territory. "We shall not sustain firing of terror organizations at Israeli territory and will keep operating resolutely against any element which employs terror against Israel," an army statement read.
The squad was located following a collaborative effort of the IDF and the Shin Bet. (Efrat Weiss)
