Police officers suspected of prisoner abuse released to house arrest

Four police officers arrested on suspicion of the abuse of a Palestinian prisoner have been released to house arrest. The four are suspected of attacking their prisoner, himself suspected of motorcycle theft, and of breach of faith. Other officers arrested in connection with the affair were released earlier Sunday.
