Appeal rejected of Palestinian smuggler who caused death of 3 women
The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of a man who caused the death of three Palestinian women in 2005 when he fled a police patrol car. As such, the man has 20 months left on his sentence.
The driver transported 24 illegal aliens in his car, and fled from a police patrol car who called him to pull over. The chase ended in a serious car accident in which three women were killed and many others injured. (Ynet)
