Palestinian arrested for throwing stones at Israeli vehicle near Ramallah

An IDF force arrested a Palestinian who threw stones at an Israeli vehicle traveling west of Ramallah. No injuries or damage were reported. The Palestinians was handed over to the security forces for investigation. (Efrat Weiss)
