Turkish FM: We won't act until we understand what happened in meeting
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu said in response to Monday's meeting between Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon and the Turkish ambassador in Israel that "the Foreign Ministry does not intend to act without thoroughly examining precisely everything that happened in the meeting with the ambassador."
The news website Huriyyet Online reported that the meeting in Ankara Tuesday between Israel's Ambassador to Turkey Gabi Levi and Turkey's deputy foreign minister, Levi was told that what was done Monday was "impolite, and everyone should know his place." (Daniel Edelson)
