7 senior Muslim Brothers in Jordan charged with corruption

Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood leader Hamam Said stood trial Tuesday in Jordan together with another six members of the Islamic organization on corruption charges in their management of Islamic charitable organizations.

A Jordanian legal source reported to French news agencies that "the accused denied all the allegations made against them." If they are convicted, they are expected to receive prison sentences of up to three years. (Roee Nahmias)
