Report: Turkish PM may visit Gaza soon

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan may visit the Gaza Strip soon, the London-based Arabic-language al-Sharq al-Awsat newspaper reported Sunday. An Egyptian source told the paper that preparations for Erdogan's visit and entry through the Rafah crossing have already begun.
But senior Hamas member Ayman Taha said the visit was "uncertain". According to Taha, the idea was raised by a Turkish aid delegation which visited Gaza recently and has yet to be confirmed by Erdogan. (Roee Nahmias)
