An indictment will be filed with the Jerusalem District Court against four Palestinians allegedly involved in the abuse of a Palestinian detainee.
An investigation of the Justice Ministry's police investigations unit revealed that the policemen arrested and abused a Palestinian who stole a valuable motorcycle in Tel Aviv and attempted to blackmail its owner. (Efrat Weiss)
