Israel, Germany sign aid treaty for 3-world countries

Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon and the German minister for economic cooperation and development, Dirk Niebel, signed a treaty providing aid for third world countries. The ministers agreed that agricultural aid and water provisions would be a priority.
The treaty was signed during a joint government meeting of the German and Israeli leaderships in Berlin. (Roni Sofer)
