Minister Shalom urges Italy to impose sanctions on Iran

Vice Premier Silvan Shalom met in Rome with Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini and called on him to impose sanctions on Iran even without the support of Russia and China.
"There's no use in waiting for them. The United States and European Union must make a decision today and impose serious sanctions on Iran. This will undoubtedly determine the battle and help torpedo the Iranian nuclear program," Shalom said. (Roni Sofer)
