MK El-Sana: Flood victims are victims of racism

MK Talab El-Sana (United Arab List – Ta'al) said the government was to blame for the victims of the poor weather in the Negev, which even lead to the death of one man in the Arava stream.
According to the MK, the government "does not ensure proper infrastructure, and abandons its citizens in sub-standard conditions only because they are Arabs. The victims of the floods are victims of the racism and discrimination that preceded the floods." He urged the prime minister to declare the Negev a region stricken by natural disaster.
