Flood victim: Sara Noy Fogel from Moshav Orot

Police have announced that the flood victim who died Monday when her jeep was swept away in the Arava stream in the south of Israel was Sara Noy Fogel, 55, from Moshav Orot in the Beer Tuvia regional council. Still missing is Yoram Hochman, resident of Nir Banim. His brother Alex was rescued from the jeep with light injuries.
The search for Hochman was called off as darkness fell and will be continued Tuesday morning. (Ilana Curiel and Tova Dadon)
