Negev floods: Missing man's body identified

The body of Yoram Hochman, who went missing Monday after getting trapped in his vehicle in the Arava stream region along with his brother and a friend, was identified. His family was notified.
An army helicopter rescued Hochman's brother Alex and Sarah Fogel Monday, who died on the way to the hospital. (Ilana Curiel and Tova Dadon)
