OECD chief: Progress towards adding Israel to organization

OECD Secretary General Angel Gurria notified President Shimon Peres that "there has been significant progress on the ground" regarding Israel's acceptance into the organization of development nations.
Gurria told the president that organization has been working with the relevant government ministries in Israel to overcome remaining hurdles. Gurria gave the president the organization's latest report regarding Israel's economy, labor market, and welfare. (Ronen Medzini)
