France: Israel should allow foreign NGOs to work in territories

Non-governmental organizations should be allowed to "carry out their missions in the Palestinian territories," French Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Bernard Valero said on Thursday when asked about limitations on work visas that Israel imposes on foreign NGOs.
"The Israeli authorities refused granting work visas to foreign personnel from a number of NGOs since late last year. This situation is being discussed with the Israeli authorities and will hopefully be remedied" said Valero. (AFP)
