Defense in Karp murder says new findings obligate re-evaluation of case

The legal counsel of the defendants in the murder case of Arik Karp will ask Tel Aviv District Court to cease the trial immediately and order a re-filing of the case after the defense received a tape that presents new findings, according to Attorney Shira Maroz, who is representing Jamil Adas.
According to her, the tape shows that 20 minutes after the defendants assaulted Karp and after Adas left the scene, three people are clearly scene running after Karp, and Karp fleeing the scene. (Vered Luvitch)
