Report: Uzi Arad holds secret visits to Jordan; discusses peace talks

National Security Advisor Uzi Arad held two secret visits to Jordan this month, according to an al-Hurra network report.
The report, which relies on Israeli sources, claimed that Arad met with Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh and with the head of the king's bureau. According to the sources, Arad delivered a message to King Abdallah stating that Israel is interested in renewing peace talks and is also willing to discuss issues pertaining to Jerusalem, borders and refugees, while increasing Jordanian involvement in the West Bank.(Roee Nahmias)
