Minister Edelstein: Goldstone Report legitimizes anti-Semitism
Information and Diaspora Minister Yuli Edelstein met with United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as part of the International Holocaust Day events being held at the UN headquarters in New York.
Edelstein told Ban that he believes the Goldstone Report, which accused Israel of committing war crimes in Gaza, legitimizes anti-Semitism and a hatred of Israel. He added that the report being prepared by Israel in response would prove that the Goldstone Report has many flaws. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
