AG: Naffaa held conspiratorial meeting with senior terrorist

Attorney General Menachem Mazuz said during a debate at a Knesset committee regarding the revoking of immunity for Balad Knesset Member Said Naffaa that the latter "disregarded a decision by authorized elements and held a conspiratorial meeting with one of the leaders of a terror organization."
Mazuz further added, "Naffaa tried to meet another terror organization head – and this is exactly the sort of thing the law seeks to prevent." The attorney general previously decided to file an indictment against the MK for liaising with a foreign agent and visiting an enemy state for his visit in Lebanon in 2007. (Sharon Roffe-Ofir)
