Barak's office: Meeting with Mubarak productive
Defense Minister Ehud Barak met face to face with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak in Sharm al-Sheikh. The two discussed progress in the peace process and various regional issues.
In addition, Barak spoke with Egyptian Defense Minister Hussein Tantawi and Egyptian Intelligence Chief Omar Suleiman. Barak's office said the talks were "extensive, thorough, and productive." (Roni Sofer)
