Police to appeal release of rabbi linked to mosque arson case

The Judea and Samaria Police is expected to file an appeal over the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court's decision to release Rabbi Yitzhak Shapira, who is suspected of being involved in the Yasuf mosque arson.
The court released Shpira citing the police had no grounds to hold him, The appeal will be filed with the Jerusalem District Court. (Efrat Weiss)
