Justice minister slams shoe-throwing incident
Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman said that "the shocking and shameful incident that occurred during a Supreme Court, debate in which a shoe was thrown at Justice Dorit Beinish, does not reflect upon the system".
"However we must condemn it," the minister told an attorneys' convention in Eilat. "It only sharpens the demand for mutual respect among us colleagues, between us and the judges, and between us and our clients." (Ahuva Mamos)
