Deputy Foreign Minister Daniel Ayalon met with Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico as part of Israel's efforts to form a "moral majority" against the Goldstone Report which will be brought for debate at the United Nations.
In their meeting, Ayalon expressed Israel's appreciation at the role played by the Slovak Republic in voting against the Goldstone Report and on the Iranian issue. "It is very important that we not remain silent in the face of tyranny, radicalism and terror," the deputy foreign minister said and added, "We're forming a moral majority against the automatic majority."
