Palestinian indicted for planned stabbing attack in Jl'em

The Jerusalem District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Rami Abu Diya, a 27-year-old Palestinian who tried to carry out a stabbing attack at the Western Wall two weeks ago and was caught beforehand by police.
The indictment suggests that Abu Diya intended to stab an IDF soldier or a religious Jew in the Western Wall or other parts of the Old City. He obtained a commando knife in Ramallah for this purpose. (Aviad Glickman)
