MK Boim: Committee to probe Goldstone findings would calm soldiers
MK Ze'ev Boim (Kadima) called for a committee to probe the findings listed in the Goldstone report, which accuses Israel and Hamas of committing war crimes during Operation Cast Lead in Gaza.
"We must not abandon the international arena to Arab propaganda," he said at a cultural event in Herzliya. "We must establish an investigating committee in order to put an end to soldiers' and officers' fears of going abroad." (Amnon Meranda)
