Begin: All settlements are 'settlement blocs'
Minister Benny Begin laid a foundation stone in a new neighborhood in the settlement Beit Hagai south of Mount Hebron. Begin said, "We are building and will build our country. Today, there are 300,000 people and there will be thousands more."
Regarding the settlement blocs, Begin said, "These terms are used a lot, and sometimes people are mistaken. There are western settlement blocs in Samaria, eastern blocs in Judea, and southern blocs in Mount Hebron. All of them are settlement blocs. It will continue and will flourish. We do not differentiate between them and other settlement blocs." (Efrat Weiss)
