Golani division commander convicted for abusing new recruits
The Haifa Military Court convicted an officer with the rank of second lieutenant who served as a Golani division commander on two counts of abusing new recruits.
The affair was first revealed in Ynet after one of the new recruits was hospitalized as a result of violence the commander used against him. The officer's sentence will be determined at a later date. (Hanan Greenberg)
