Islamic Jihad: Fatah worked with us to plant explosive devices found on beaches
An Islamic Jihad operative in Gaza said explosive devices found hidden in barrels on the beaches of Ashkelon and Ashdod were part of a joint operation between his organization and Fatah's military wing, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades.
"These explosives targeted Israeli ships and other targets," he said. "The resistance organizations want to tell the enemy that they will continue to find new ways to hurt it and protect the Palestinian people." (AFP)
