Bedouin soldier indicted for murdering friend over cell phone
A soldier in the Bedouin Desert Patrol Battalion, who shot his friend at a Beersheba mall in December was indicted for murder in the Southern Command's Military Court.
The indictment against him suggests that the defendant and the deceased argued over a cellular phone. Before shooting, the defendant said "Be careful, I'll shoot you" and then took a step back, loaded his weapon and shot three times. (Hanan Greenberg)
