China: Iran solution must be found via negotiation

China still hopes a global consensus can be reached over Iran's nuclear program and wants to find a solution quickly, Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi said Wednesday.

"On the question of Iran, we understand that we need to press on with negotiations. We need to try and find a solution as quickly as possible through negotiations," the minister said following talks with his French counterpart, Bernard Kouchner. (Reuters)
