Central Command Chief Avi Mizrahi issued a ban against rightist Neriah Ofen from Yitzhar from entering the West Bank on the grounds that he may be a threat to public security.
According to the order, Ofen is banished from the area for the next three months, but he is allowed in the Jordan Rift Valley. (Efrat Weiss)
