Parents of children hurt by landmine: Area was not fenced off
The Yuval family, whose children Daniel and Amit were injured when a landmine exploded in the Golan Heights, issued a notice Saturday evening in which they note that the area in which the children were playing was not fenced off in any way, and there were no signs warning against entry.
