Court reject's 'abusive rabbi's' claims, trial to start in coming weeks

Jerusalem District Court Justice Yoram Noam rejected claims by self-proclaimed rabbi Elior Chen, who has been charged with child abuse, that errors in the indictment filed against him strip the court of the authority to discuss the allegation against him.
