Israeli man accidentally enters Tulkarem, returned to Israel

An Israeli citizen who entered the West Bank city of Tulkarem accidentally was returned to Israel unharmed by members of the Palestinian security organizations. He was taken in for a police questioning by Civil Administration representatives. (Efrat Weiss)
