A Connecticut emergency official says some people have died in an explosion at a power plant in Middletown.
Betsy Hard, deputy commissioner of the state Department of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, tells The Associated Press that she does not know how many people have died, or how many were injured in the explosion Sunday. (AP)
