Knesset committee: MKs allowed upgrade only on long flights
Chairman of the Knesset Public Committee Prof. Reuven Grunau only recently revealed that the committee recommended that Knesset members be authorized to fly business class only on flights longer than six hours.
Despite this, the Knesset decided that Knesset members fly in business class in all Knesset flights. "I was very surprised to hear that the Knesset's director, aware or not of our recommendation, decided to make business class flights available to all members of Knesset," said Grunau.
