MK Cabel petitions to High Court against Minister Ben-Eliezer
Knesset Member Eitan Cabel (Labor) filed a petition with the High Court of Justice against Industry, Trade and Labor Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer and the attorney general for failing to implement two of the ministry's laws.
MK Cabel submits that the Industry, Trade and Labor Ministry has failed to install regulations regarding the two Knesset laws which prevents their implementation. "The fact that an MK needs court assistance is an embarrassing absurdity but I am fed up with government conduct," MK Cabel said. (Amnon Meranda)
