Knesset Speaker freezes new protocol allowing MKs to fly business class

Knesset Speaker Reuven Rivlin decided to freeze the application of the new Knesset protocol that would allow Knesset members to fly business class.

Rivlin asked former and current chairpersons of the Knesset Ethics Committee, MK Haim Oron (Meretz), MK Shelly Yachimovich (Labor) and MK Arieh Eldad (National Union), as well as head of the Knesset House Committee, David Tal, to discuss the issue again and submit their recommendations.
