Report: Palestinian wounded by shot fired by settler near Nablus
A Palestinian aged 18 from the village of Iraq Burin, near Nablus, was shot by settlers and lightly wounded, according to Ghassan Douglas who holds the settlement portfolio for the northern West Bank.
The Coordination and Liaison Authority said that the link between the incident and recent clashes between Palestinians and settlers in the area is being investigated. Settlers reported that they were attacked by Palestinians near their settlement, and a security officer fired in the air. (Ali Waked and Efrat Weiss)
