Palestinian who threatened PM gets 33 months in jail
A Palestinian (33) from Hebron was sentenced to 33 months in prison after threatening to murder Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to the indictment, the accused sent a letter to the Prime Minister's Office in which he wrote, "Your days are numbered. I'll come to murder you soon." In a separate incident, the same man approached an IDF checkpoint in Gush Etzion settlement with the aim of stabbing Israelis. (Hanan Greenberg)
