Psychiatric opinion says Inshin not accountable for actions
Nachman Inshin who is charged with the murder of his baby daughter was not accountable for his actions at the time of the murder, according to a psychiatric opinion filed with the Jerusalem District Court.
In light of the assessment, the defendant's attorney reached an agreement with the prosecutor that Inshin will remain in house arrest in a hospital to be chosen by the district psychiatrist. (Aviad Glickman)
