Russia sees better ties with Ukraine's Yanukovich
Russia expects to see improved relations with Ukraine after Viktor Yanukovich won Sunday's presidential election, President Dmitry Medvedev's spokeswoman told reporters on Thursday.
The Kremlin said Russia hoped ties would improve once current President Viktor Yushchenko left office. (Reuters)
